Project Coordinator

Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator with solid knowledge of project planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of software development processes or project workflows, along with willingness to learn project management tools.
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, provide project updates, and address concerns or issues.
  • Support Project Managers in planning, organizing, and executing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track action items.
  • Assist in resource allocation, task assignment, and monitoring timelines to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, testers, and sales) while preparing status reports and presentations, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
