HR Executive

Requirements
  • 1 - 2 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role is required.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, talent acquisition processes, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is expected.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, ability to maintain confidentiality, and expertise in handling employee relations are required
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring employees.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, maintain candidate communication, and support job offers and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, employee data, and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and support HR strategies, training, and development initiatives.
